The classic Halloween costume, Bride of Frankenstein, brings scares and thrills to Halloween night. A great Halloween costume for any gal in your family.

Bride of Frankenstein is a great costume for Halloween because it is scary and sexy all at the same time. The Bride of Frankenstein costume is a relatively easy costume as well. Most of the items needed could be found at home or an inexpensive trip to a thrift shop. The only important asset that makes this costume difficult but is a must is the hair.

This costume will work for any girl in the family from young child to an adult.

Makeup for the Adult Bride of Frankenstein

Supplies needed:

Makeup Application:

  1. Pull back hair from face.
  2. Apply white face paint all over your face. Sponge over the mouth, eyelids and eyebrows.
  3. Using black eyeliner, line your eyes, top and bottom; draw thin harsh eyebrows, angled up.
  4. Apply long false eyelashes.
  5. Create a full mouth with the red lipstick and makeup brush.

The Hair

The main accessory to this costume is the hair. The easiest way would be to purchase a Bride of Frankenstein hairpiece from a Halloween shop or online outlet. Otherwise, get creative with the hairspray and spray-on colour, or even build a pretend wig out of papier-mache.
