Feeling Beautiful at Any WeightMake good choices in fashion and beauty care to look good at any weight
Gaining weight can make you feel ugly. You just need to pay attention to your fashion choices and beauty routines. Feel beautiful at any weight.
Your beauty complaints can seem minor once you've gained weight. All the sudden, that bad hair color or blemish problem takes second seat to the all consuming weight problem. Gaining weight doesn't have to be such a big deal to your overall look, but your perception of yourself during this time is key to whether you look good or simply sloppy. So what's the difference? First, a healthy acceptance of yourself no matter what weight you're at is key. Think of a larger beautiful woman you've seen. She's beautiful because she doesn't let her weight become her. She's still choosing clothes that are flattering, hairstyles and makeup that work. She's also practicing her regular beauty regimen, including skin and nail care. We're attracted to her because she's still feeling beautiful. If she gave up her beauty routine and dressed like a slob, all we'd notice was her weight. Pay attention to the details. You need to adapt your look to a different size. Don't just try to squeeze into the same old size while holding in your midsection. You'll only announce to the world you've gained weight. See your new size as an opportunity to shop and keep looking till you find something that looks fabulous on the new you. You can keep your old wardrobe stashed for another day, or decide you're happy in your new skin. That's entirely up to you. Just make sure you take care in your looks at any size.
