Sep 30, 2009 Chrissy Dolezal

A gift for breast cancer survivors that will help them feel comfortable and sexy in their own body that also raises breast cancer awareness.

Most of us know someone who has personally been affected by breast cancer. We would also like a way to treat or to give back to these special women who have experienced so much.

Rachel Stephens with Rachel Stephens Photography is providing that opportunity. “Sirens for Survivors” is a program for a breast cancer survivor to win a photography package that will help her feel empowered and sexy. At each photography event Rachel Stephens is giving one breast cancer survivor the opportunity to be photographed. Stephens says, “Sirens for Survivors is an amazing opportunity for a breast cancer survivor to regain her sexual appeal.” .

With the body changes that many breast cancer survivors endure because of treatments and surgeries, Stevens, decided to open a part of her business to breast cancer survivors. Having the goal for all women to experience a once in a lifetime event that will help them feel and live a more beautiful life. With many women feeling less and less about themselves on a daily basis it is easy to see how valuable Stephens’ Photography services can be, especially to those whose life have been dramatically changed due to breast cancer.

Testimony from Breast Cancer Survivor

Survivors are given an opportunity to share their story on how their life has been changed. Kami, one of the breast cancer survivors who was picked, shares how Stephens helped affect her life. Kami says, “When the session began, I was so shocked because I was so comfortable. I laughed. I had a great time. I felt so sexy, something I haven’t felt in so long. And after my session, when I went home and I was alone, I had myself a good long cry. Not in sadness but because for the first time in years I felt my value. I felt that I was worth more than what I had been told I was. I took back my power.”
