Dark circles can be a health and beauty hazard. Get to the cause of your shadows, then learn some lifestyle tips to reduce them.

Okay, shadow is supposed to be on top of your eyes, not under them. I was born with dark circles. People used to asked me if I'd been hit. Nice, huh? I've learned some things that help, even though mine are hereditary. A healthy diet and exercise, lots of vitamins and sleep minimize them as much as possible. After that, a little concealer dotted under my eye goes a long way to keeping me from looking like a boxer. If you have dark circles, check with your doctor to see if you're anemic, which can cause a host of beauty problems.
