Even if you keep up with your pedicure year round, you may find you need more frequent attention in summer months. Exposed nails take more abuse, just like fingernails, and walking in sand or swimming take their toll too. If you can afford to squeeze in an occasional professional pedicure, it will take some of the pressure off. Don't worry, sock weather will be here before you know it.
