This 80's hair styling tool is making a comeback. The new diffusers work a little differently now. Update your styling skills.

It almost makes me grimmace to say it, but 80's hair (and everything else) is making a comeback. So far, the hairstyle is a bit of a softer curl, and the tendency is to keep the top straight, starting the curl about an inch or two down. But if you like a little lift at the roots, a diffuser will help inject volume on top without blowing your curls into a frizzy mess. There is also a version made for straight hair now, which has very long prongs to help add lift at the top and a smooth finish. You can buy the diffuser attachment separately and snap it on to the nozzle of your regular blow dryer. So now you know what to wear with your skinny jeans: big hair!
