You've decided to wear liner, but how do you pick a color? Black is classic, brown is safe, but maybe something else would make your eyes really stand out. Green, gray and shades of purple can really bring your eye color out. Mine are green, and lately, purple has been doing the trick. Have you fallen for a new eyeliner shade?
