White teeth can make a huge improvement in your beauty confidence. Investigate new methods of teeth whitening through cosmetic dentistry and have a pretty smile soon.

If you're in need of a beauty improvement, there's probably nothing as effective, and as quick, as having your teeth whitened.

Not only will you look instantly more beautiful, a bright smile also has the capacity to make you appear more youthful. Maybe no one told you, but yellowing teeth happen with age as well as bad habits.

If you're no fan of the dentist, a bit of research will improve your confidence (and fear) about the impending process. Depending on what you're willing to spend, you may want to visit a specialist outside your regular dentist.

Many dentists are still offering the tray-whitening system. It's a safe route, and you can use the trays again down the road for a refresher, but who wants to spend 2 weeks with tooth molds on? Not me.

Of course, you can try the drugstore variety of strips and paint, but the results are not as fast or professional as you will receive at a dentist visit. You may notice quick results, but if you don't keep up with it, it quickly fades.

The newest treatment is a one-hour laser whitening system. You visit the dentist, get in the chair and, poof, one hour later you walk out with beautiful white teeth. My kinda dental visit. Some people do experience sensitivity to this type of treatment, so discuss that with your dentist if sensitivity is a concern for you.

Whichever treatment you choose, a beautiful white smile will improve your self-esteem tremendously. You may feel more comfortable wearing bright lipstick or experimenting with other makeup that draws attention to your mouth.

Being proud of your beautiful smile is a huge beauty boost. Put a white smile on your cosmetic list soon.

Supposedly, teeth yellow with age. Of course, smoking, drinking and coffee have a big impact on tooth color as well, but even with good care, plain old aging will change the shade too. Have you noticed this to be true?
